    We totally get it — sometimes a style just doesn’t quite fit or feel right. No stress — we’ve got your back with a simple returns process to keep things easy.

    Returns & Exchanges (On-line Only)

    You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item. After that, we can’t offer a refund or exchange — time flies, we know!

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
    • Void of any make-up, fake tan or odour/scents, wear, or damage
    • Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty
    • For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on accessories (including earrings, necklaces, hats, candles, bags and clutches)
    • Sorry — All sale items, stock clearance items, gift cards are non-returnable
    • Exchanges – we do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot hold stock but do offer a store credit voucher for you to re-use on your new size/colour purchase

Refunds

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection.

Refunds will only be processed if the item has been deemed faulty by Wild Arrow Boutique.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For returns over $75, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance — just to be safe!
